About Sandi Higgins
Sandi Higgins is an international Ashtanga yoga teacher rooted in the Mysore lineage. She studied for over a decade with R. Sharath Jois and was traditionally authorised to teach by Saraswathi Jois. As an author, actress–filmmaker, and aspiring natural farmer, Sandi\'s work integrates yoga, nature, and creativity to bridge inner and outer ecology. Born in the USA and now based in India, she curates programs with Mud Story Retreats that amplify India\' s sustainable heritage.
