In my role at JP Morgan, I’m driven by one goal: empowering underrepresented founders to build, scale, and sustain their businesses.I’m focused on creating real, tangible opportunities for entrepreneurs who are often overlooked. Having experienced both sides—corporate America and the entrepreneurial grind—I’m deeply committed to ensuring the founders I work with and serve don’t just grow their businesses but thrive in ways that extend far beyond the bottom line.My journey, like those of some of the founders I serve, has been defined by resilience.Born in Liberia and raised in the U.S, I learned early on how to navigate spaces where I didn’t always feel seen. As a first-generation American raised by a low-income, single mother, I was fortunate to receive incredible educational opportunities where I was often the first and only. That experience fuels my passion for inclusion and representation in business and beyond.Before joining JP Morgan, I worked at Bank of America in commercial banking, serving the Healthcare, Education and Not-for-Profit sector. I later moved on to become a creative freelancer and developed digital strategies for founders and entrepreneurs at creative companies like B. Carter Solutions and Illume Global and their clients. Both these unique experiences sharpened my skills in financial analysis, strategy development, and creative marketing. Now, I channel all of these experiences and knowledge into supporting entrepreneurs as they transform their visions into lasting legacies.But for me, it’s not just about business.It’s about people. Something you should know: I believe deeply in the power of community and storytelling.
