I’m Sandhya, a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and technology leader at Deloitte Consulting, with 2 decades years of experience delivering enterprise transformations across North America, Europe, and APAC. I’m passionate about driving mission-driven work across Lifescience, Health care and Public Sector. I’ve delivered end-to-end programs across the lifecycle— go-to-market strategy, pre-sales and pursuits, architecture, and delivery—bringing together strong business context and deep technical execution.Currently, I help Lifescience companies build enterprise-grade Patient experience and Commercial CRM solutions with a focus on trust, auditability, and adoption. My work spans multi-cloud architecture, AI/GenAI, and scalable delivery. Coaching and capability-building are core to how I lead. I’ve built and delivered training globally—Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) enablement for clients (Arxxus), global solution architect curriculum and delivery (Accenture), and now AI fluency initiatives and architect community at Deloitte.
