I have worked in a generalist role and have completed HR analytics certification from IIM Rohtak. Am experienced in Recruitment, Training and handling employee grievance along with other generalist activities. Have played a pivotal role in implementation of Success factors - SAP based HRMS in the organization. Worked with the Success factors team in analyzing the report formats, testing and training the end users. Am a regional committee member of POSH. Have implemented the changes based on Gallup survey to enhance the experience of employees. I work along with Business managers to enhance the productivity of the employees along with handling statutory compliance. Am right now looking for opportunities in HR which will help me in learning new skills and which can provide me a platform to implement my knowledge and bring in relevant changes.
