Identifying proper partners for the deliverables across the asset. Involved in managing the Nonlarge function (Flipkart) which comprises of 70% of workforce supplied in the warehouses. Internal stakeholder management. Working for smooth operations across 90 warehouses for the Nonlarge asset. Driving partners for deliverables for smooth manpower supply. Partner capability mapping - Identifying partners who can support zone wise basis the team strength. Vendor consolidation - Consolidate the number of partners working in a particular site and bring about effective partners who can deliver as per the requirement. Part of TC Outsourcing plan, Flex model plan. Work along with the planning team on the Annual operating plan. Work along the HRBP\'s of the facilities to ensure the manpower availability. Project management during the peak load time - May sale, EORS, BBD. Work towards smooth ramp up of manpower. Working towards the enablers & costing factor during the peak rampup. New sites ramp up - Have been part of the new site manpower planning and the due diligence required in the South zone. Site closure - Smooth exit of the tenured employers during the site closure by collaborating with the internal and external stakeholders. Also collaborating along with the partners for daily manpower maintenance at the respective facilities and ensure quality is maintained throught. Traveling to the specific sites and being stationed to drive the numbers for rampup.
