I have always dreamt of becoming a cabin crew and have succeeded in becoming one. Like the day I evacuated all those passengers, I became aware of my skills in risk assessment and decision-making. I have consistently worked to enhance the passenger experience and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. I have come to appreciate the importance of leadership and teamwork that I will develop in my career and personal journey. I was fortunate enough to utilize my years of training that day.
