Local Services is an ad product and lead generation platform geared at Services. I was founding TL of this team, authored lots foundational infra, guided product evolution milestones from free to 1st dollar to 1st $M to international expansion to today $B. Mentored and grew several new leads, and brought 2 teams offshore. My contributions are in 1) advertiser facing experiences, building a combination of web, apps and REST api, ML-driven automated verification of advertisers, auction and ranking models used on google search, lead generation and tracking infrastructure, monetization infrastructure, ML-driven lead quality. Led team to achieve a feature rich product that has high user value(retention) for a diverse advertiser base, and is called out by execs for a strong growth potential.
