Achievements- • Due to my demonstrated exceptional leadership and communication skills, my team grew from 3 to 19 members in the last three years, and my responsibilities grew from 1 lab to 4 labs. • Directed various QA lab improvements projects with Industrial Engineering undergraduate student of UCF. o Digitalization of lab process, space and database management which improved lab efficiency over 30%. o Created module for new hire orientation that features the importance of safety and quality of the job. • Initiated and managed various projects to improve efficiency of testing procedures for product validation, which lead to save 300 hours of machine downtime and 55K lbs raw material scrap, total saving of $250K over the year. • Earned ISO-9001/IATF-16949 Internal auditor and ISO 14001 Overview/Implementation certification in year 2021.
