Hi, I’m Sandesh — a civil services aspirant turned product designer.Sounds like a big shift, right?It was. But curiosity led the way. I’ve always been someone who loves figuring things out — how systems work, why people behave the way they do, and how to make things better. That mindset pulled me into design.I didn’t go to design school. I learned by doing — through side projects, trial and error, and lots of conversations with real people. I love traveling, and wherever I go, I make it a point to talk to local businesses. Their stories, struggles, and workarounds have taught me more than any course or book ever could.At my core, I’m a problem solver with an entrepreneurial lens. I’m not in it for just clean UIs — I care about how things work under the hood, how they scale, and how design can actually move the needle for the business. That’s what makes product design exciting — you get to ask better questions, shape direction, and solve for both users and outcomes.Right now, I’m a Product Designer at Kotak, building intuitive fintech experiences. Before this, I was at FloBiz, where I worked on products like myBillBook and FloProfit for India’s small business owners.Lately, I’ve been diving into AI — not just as a tool, but as a whole new design space. I’m especially curious about human-agent interaction and what it means to build AI-native products — where the assistant isn’t just a layer, but part of the workflow.
