As a Highway Engineer with 4 years of dedicated, hands‑on experience, I work on large‑scale CC road and drainage projects for state and municipal clients, focusing on safe, on‑time delivery. I manage end‑to‑end site execution across surveying, earthwork, pavement layer construction (Sub‑grade, GSB, WMM, DLC, PQC, DBM, MASTIC) and daily reporting as per IRC, MoRTH and IIT standards.My strengths are clear project planning, team coordination and strong control on quality, safety and wastage. I handle BBS, BOQs, quantity audits, DPRs and client coordination, and use Auto Level and AutoCAD for precise execution and setting‑out. On site, I consistently resolve construction challenges, optimize machinery and manpower, and have maintained zero‑accident safety performance across projects.Current work includes MCGM road & SWD improvement projects and the MSIDC SH‑73 highway package, where I contribute to rigid/flexible pavement, utilities and traffic management.
