Contributed to a pioneering study on the impact of heat stress on informal waste workers in Bengaluru.Conducted structured surveys and community-based data collection with three key categories of waste workers – DWCC (Dry Waste Collection Centre) Workers, Free Roaming Waste Workers, and Pourakarmikas.Participated in focus group discussions (FGDs), training sessions, and community meetings, and supported in their analysis and visualization.Assisted in data cleaning, analysis, and interpretation to highlight the disproportionate climate burden on waste worker communities.Supported in report writing and project documentation for policy-level advocacy and stakeholder engagement.Engaged directly with socially marginalised communities, applying ethical and sensitive research practices.Contributed to the co-production of knowledge to influence adaptive measures and build community resilience to climate change.Credited in the final project report for research contribution.
