As a Technical Lead, I drive both the development and DevOps efforts for the TrustVid platform, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient delivery on Microsoft Azure.I lead the design and implementation of TrustVid’s Azure-based architecture, covering frontend, backend, background services, and infrastructure components. The frontend, built with React and hosted on Azure App Service, provides a seamless UI to users. The backend, developed in Node.js, manages business logic, connects to an Azure MySQL database, and securely uploads media to Azure Storage.I’ve architected background services such as cron jobs and queue processors to support internal operations like cleanup tasks and real-time log indexing via Elasticsearch. These services are hosted on Azure and tightly integrated with Azure Queue Storage.I manage multiple Azure Virtual Machines hosting Elasticsearch, Kibana, and SonarQube to support logging, monitoring, and code quality checks. CI/CD pipelines are configured using Azure DevOps for automated builds and deployments.Security is a key focus area—I\'ve implemented HTTPS, enforced access control, disabled direct frontend access to storage, and used Azure-managed identities. Logging is centralized via queues and monitored through Kibana, enabling fast response to issues.My role includes close collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers, reviewing architecture decisions, and driving continuous improvement across the SDLC.
