Production Planning: Coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet market demand without overstocking.Batch Supervision: Overseeing the entire manufacturing cycle—from dispensing raw materials to granulation, compression, coating, and final packaging.Manpower Allocation: Managing a team of operators and technicians, ensuring they are trained on specific SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Documentation: Reviewing and maintaining BMRs (Batch Manufacturing Records) and BPRs (Batch Packing Records).Deviation Management: Identifying any deviations during the manufacturing process, investigating the root cause, and implementing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).Audit Readiness: Ensuring the facility is always ready for \"surprise\" inspections by internal quality teams or external regulatory agencies.Yield Optimization: Monitoring the input-versus-output ratio to minimize waste of expensive Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).Equipment Validation: Ensuring all machinery (e.g, Filling equipments, Autoclaves, Sterile systems) is calibrated and validated before use. EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety): Enforcing the use of PPE and ensuring the safe handling of hazardous chemicals or potent compounds.
