Currently work as a corporate and commercial lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions and fundraising vertical at Samvad Partners, Bangalore. After spending an year at JSA focused on big-ticket M&A and another 3 years at QL Partners focused on early-stage fundraising, I\'m currently looking to expand my footprint in the mid-market M&A space. I see a significant untapped opportunity for lawyers who bring together expertise in law, business strategy, and corporate finance, especially in the rapidly evolving mid-market M&A space. Looking to connect with investment bankers, corporate development teams, corporate venture arms, family offices and high-growth acquisitive companies. I completed my B.B.A, LL.B (Business Law Honours) from National Law University Jodhpur. I used to host and co-produce a podcast called Legal Synthesis, which explored the intersection of Law, Finance, and Technology (https://legalsynthesis.com/). During my time at NLU Jodhpur, I have interned in the M&A, Restructuring and Insolvency, and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications teams of a few of the leading law firms in the country. I was also the co-convener of the Recruitment and Internship Coordination Committee and continue to take an active interest in sharing internship opportunities. I generally read non-fiction and listen to podcasts on venture capital and public policy. Particularly read books on finance, behavioural science, and entrepreneurship.
