About Sandee Priser

As part of EY\'s Risk Management team, I work with our internal clients on building and operating effective regulatory compliance programs, particularly related to auditor independence. This includes development and delivery of user-friendly policies and procedures, compliance monitoring, training, operational assessments and ongoing consultations regarding independence matters.My current practice builds on over 20 years in client services with a background as both an attorney and certified public accountant. Prior to moving to Risk Management, I led forensic accounting and other internal investigations for global corporations with a focus on the life sciences industry. I worked closely with management, audit committees, and their counsel in corporate governance matters and investigations involving matters such as financial restatement, revenue recognition, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and corporate compliance. I have extensive experience providing services throughout Europe and Asia and across industries. Prior to repatriating to the United States, I led our practice for the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) area. Before joining the Fraud Investigation and Disputes Services practice, I worked in other Ernst & Young practices providing auditing and information technology advisory services.
