At ONTO Innovations, I supported hands-on assembly documentation, part release, and integration for ATLAS G6 optical metrology equipment within an ISO Class 5 cleanroom. My work included contributions to technical build specs and exposure to foundational PLM processes, as well as collaborating with engineers on the release of new hardware.I assisted in the validation of sub-100nm measurement accuracy during system integration and contributed to troubleshooting for production setups. Additionally, I modeled and revised HBLS intensity fixture sub-assemblies in SolidWorks, helping to refine optical hardware layouts and support design adjustments for ongoing system builds.
