At General Motors (GM), I represent the Corporate Manufacturing Engineering department, overseeing the launch of new automation systems and driving process improvements across GM manufacturing plants. Currently, I’m co-leading the launch of a battery module assembly system at Factory Zero, GM’s innovation hub. I oversee OEM supplier operations, planning development builds, driving launch readiness with engineering and operations teams, and ensuring timely execution despite compressed timelines. I also manage communications, escalating key issues and solutions to executive teams to ensure alignment and success. Before this, I served as a technical consultant for Ultium, a GM-LG joint venture, educating a 150+ team of global suppliers on machine safety strategies in a 3M sq. ft. facility to ensure compliance with U.S. Safety regulations.
