This collaborative effort extended into supporting End-to-End Testing and personally performing User Acceptance, System, and Regression Testing. I also took charge of production deployment in a Linux environment, actively engaging in various DevOps activities.My client-centric approach was evident in working closely with clients to enhance product specifications, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs.Beyond that, I conducted gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and implemented corrective actions. This included significant contributions to the establishment of standard operating procedures for business analysis processes, thereby enhancing project delivery efficiency.Additionally, I took an active role in conducting training sessions for end-users on new software features, resulting in a substantial increase in overall user adoption rates and improved system utilization.Throughout these endeavors, I effectively managed stakeholder expectations, ultimately boosting client satisfaction through the consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.
