An IIM Calcutta alumnus with post-graduation Executive MBA in Business Management. I have 10+ years of experience in Project Management, B2B Sales,Reliability,Engineering & Maintenance and have handled nearly 90 construction engineering projects(both domestic & overseas) ranging from small to large scale. Projects handled include Greenfield projects,Brownfield expansion projects and regular Maintenance Turnaround jobs spanning all industrial segments. I have spearheaded Engineering projects across all industrial segments. Largest project that I have handled comprised of a team of 12 engineers and a site workforce of 300 personnel reporting to me. I am an API-936 certified from American Petroleum Institute qualifying me as a global Refractory Inspector & Personnel. I head departmental level Revenue Center and Cost Center and am responsible for bringing in project revenues to enhance the top-line, while simultaneously keeping a tab on project expenditures to maintain the bottom line. I handle an annual business worth approx. 250 Mn INR, and maintain an operating margin of 10-15%. I lead a team of 7-8 Managers/Engineers who help me in micro-managing my operational responsibilities. With my knowledge in Operations,Cost management,Marketing strategy and Financial statistics, I bring in an expertise in overall business management and formulating growth oriented business level strategies. With my strong educational background in Corporate Finance and can contribute in corporate level investment decisions and aid in M&A plans.    I manage Reliability,Engineering and Maintenance of all process units at Jamnagar SEZ refinery (Export division refinery). I am part of primary steering committee and act as the nodal point for coordination and engagement with all stakeholders. Job responsibilities are outlined as below: Ensuring Reliability in Operations of process units by forecasting productions runs, managing preventive/predictive maintenance of refractory health of all plants- Crude distillation unit, Coker unit, Aromatics unit, FCC unit, Sulphur Recovery unit, Paraxylene unit, Alkylation complex, Captive Power plants,Heat Recovery Steam generators etc. Ensuring Reliability in operations of Petcoke gasifiers at domestic DTA refinery and Export SEZ refinery by managing production runs,planning preventive/predictive maintenance schedules in sync with operations productivity.
