Collaborate closely with C-suite Leadership to ensure seamless integration of scheduling efforts with other business processes, including procurement and inventory management to make data-driven adjustments to business plans and Asset management. Coordinate with Outbound Logistics, Delivery and Mobile Operations, Vehicle Operations, and Service to maximize Asset uptime, optimize routing, manage cost per vehicle move, while ensuring organizational meets quality, customer satisfaction, and safety goals. Collaborate with Planning to continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in business operations. Translate new and existing operations processes into resource requirements that can be scheduled to maximize overall reliability and productivity. Provide key inputs to analyses to identify cost reduction opportunities while optimizing vehicle availability. Support best practices across the fleet organization including but not limited to asset charging, inspection, repair, and transport and contribute to the creation of best practices across the global asset organization.
