By virtue of 7+ Years of experience in industrial safety in different industries where I started as a safety marshal and reached up to HSE Officer (Shift In Charge), I would like to accept more responsibility as an Executive-HSE for personal as well organizational betterment. Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Risk Management based on feasibility study, Implementing control measures to prevent re-occurrences of incidents & monitoring for it’s effectiveness, Safety Audit, Mock Drills, Safety-Oriented Jobs, Ensure HSE Compliance especially DP World Standards & Guidelines, Firefighting training, conducting emergency mock drills (fire/medical/ natural/ man made emergency), safety inspection of work site and follow up with concern manager for corrective action. Work as per HSE calendar and conduct all safety related events. Safety training to employees & contractors on different topics (Job specific). Liasoning with supervisors/ ground staffs and managers for better co-ordination to ensure safety at site. Preparing HSE Committee presentation and share with site manager for review. Also, participate in HSE Committee meeting and share observations as well improvements / initiatives for the preceding month. Conduting contractor meeting to share them positive observations as well observations require actions for safety improvements at site. Follow up with vendors for corrective actions till closure of the actions. Guiding security staffs for better monitoring and reporting so as timely observation is communicated to concern person. Creating HSE awareness through PEP talks and Trainings. Develop the worker motivation program. Find out UA/UC observation and control measures. Contractor safety audit and its compliance report. Providing oversight of accident/incident investigations to ensure accurate classification of injuries and illness and corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence Identifying and implementing the most appropriate accident prevention methods and systems as per need and as per the company policy and EHS frameworks (such as high risks of LOTO, JSA, machine guarding, confined space, work at height etc.). Oversee and monitor hot work, height work, erection, excavation, piping and structure. Trade validation & Induction for new contractor Employee. Carry out HSE inspection of Work Area, Work Method, Men and Machinery, scaffoldings, tools and tackles and systems. Implement and review permit to work system On job Practical training for the ongoing Activities.
