Project Assistant Material Planning in SAP System for Project Close WBS in SAP. after all cost load on NWA & issue material. Import Courier BOE Details sent to account for payment with documents. Receive Material & inspects reconciles against PO V/s Vendor Invoice then Goods Receipt Posting in SAP System (Import & Domestic material) Reply to GRIR Report of accounts department in monthly basis. View archive Date from SAP whenever need for Data analysis. Vendor Invoices forwarded to Account Department for Payment. Create Stock Transfer Order in SAP Systems & transfer the stock. Physical Stock Checking Handling SAP MM and PP module as end user. Create Job Work Challan in SAP System for sending the Excisable material to vendor location. Reconcile MSJ Challan in SAP System Involvement in designing & end to end Implementation SAP Job work challan Reconcile process. Issue Raw Material to production department is SAP System for Project manufacturing modules & making Finish Goods in SAP System. Managing the inventory levels thereby ensuring optimum use of Inventory. Follow up with Vendors for their Invoices. Coordinate with Project manager for inventory Details. Listing of Vendors/Suppliers Bill\'s in Excel Sheet Format Checking / Verifying acknowledge of Customers on Transport Bills/ Delivery Challan. Coordinate with Impex Department for BOE amendment & DSR Report from CHA. Preparing MIS Reports of inward / outward of the inventory management activities.
