Mentoring and training loan officers, junior credit analysts, and support staff.Staying up to date with changes in the local housing market and relevant regulations and adapting lending policies and procedures accordingly.Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the loan portfolio and the credit activities of the branch.
