I direct IT Transformation programmes for T&T projects through the use of products such as GCX CLOUD, IPCG, BT One, and Mobility & Cloud Hosted Voice (Genesys and Avaya). I managed important client connections while administering solution selling for data centre integration globally via Amazon cloud and SDWAN. This involved solutioning for new deals, as well as designing, monitoring, and analysing solution architecture for various technology programmes.I am responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of Transition projects while also providing guidance to project managers to ensure seamless integrations within the parameters of cost, quality, and timeliness. I lead meetings with clients at the CXO level for WAN, Voice, and LAN products. I am also in charge of handling the solution design, development, acceptance testing, deployment, risk anticipation, and device mitigation in accordance with the project plan. Throughout my tenure, I functioned as a point of contact for escalated project issues and led frequent stakeholder engagement efforts through clear and concise communication. I monitor the difference between the anticipated and actual progress of the programme in areas such as cost, schedule, staffing/pyramid management, scope, etc and taking corrective action in areas where there are discovered to be variances.I designed integrated programme plans that encompassed a number of different work streams and projects, taking into account factors like as cost, schedule, program scope, requirements, risk, quality, communication & stakeholder management. In association with BT, I am charge of leading the estimation of the amount of effort put in the planning of resources, and the development of measurement criteria and metrics for every job.Current assignment - Programme management, Transitioning contact centre on Genesys cloud(GCX) platform at Emirates Group, Dubai UAE
