I am a growth and results-oriented Finance leader with 20+ years of global experience spanning Technology (SaaS, AI, Cloud platform, Cybersecurity), Payments/Banking and Professional Services. I have proven ability to partner with executive teams to scale businesses, lead enterprise transformations, and deliver operational excellence. I am recognized for driving sustainable growth and innovation through Corporate FP & A, Product, and GTM leadership. Prior to Visa, I had an extensive career at Microsoft. Before leaving, I was the Finance Director for Microsoft Cybersecurity business and led growth and investment strategy for company\'s cybersecurity business driving AI R&D investments, strong revenue growth and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, I was in the Commercial Cloud Infrastructure and Gross Margin Strategy team where I directed margin strategies for Microsoft 365 and other cloud services, driving margin improvement and delivered significant cost optimization through efficiency initiatives. In Corporate FP & A, I led financial planning for company\'s commercial business, in partnership with senior leadership spanning all products and cloud services, customer segments, and geographic regions, accelerating cloud transformation, and streamlined company budgeting and forecasting process. Prior to Corp FP & A, I was the CFO of Global Accounts, the group responsible for all of Microsoft’s sales to the most strategic and largest enterprise customers pivotal to accelerating digital transformation. Prior to this, I was the Finance lead for Office 365 for Microsoft\'s Enterprise Sales organization and architected a strong foundation for cloud monetization in the enterprise. Throughout my career, I and my teams have won several recognitions and awards.I started my career in Audit working first at a regional CPA firm in India, moving to PwC supporting technology and communications clients, and then worked for India’s largest private sector bank in payment products policy, and risk management functions before joining Microsoft.
