Integration of Virtual ECUs into System SiL and ensuring commissioning of FMU/ SiL /HiL Vehicle Tests for all the V- Cycle SW releases. • Test Specification and Validation for Charging Systems for Mercedes Benz EV-HEV range of vehicles along with Setting Up Functional Mock Up Unit and perform Test Automations with Software-in-Loop(SiL) Validation. • Working on Evaluation of EVSE Interface - Proximity/Control Pilot, Detection of PE Breakage, Recognise Charging Plug, Control Drive Inhibit, Gearstates, Overall Plugstates, User Interface, Indicate Ready for Charging and Enabling of 400V Charging for 800V Vehicle(DC/DC Booster). • Working on Control Vehicle Inlet, Prepare for Charging and Performing Charging Authentication functionalities of EVs. • Working with different charging protocols like CHAdeMO, GB/T, CCS1, CCS2 along with understanding of EVSE, CIC, CDCC, PCCU, BMS, ISO15118 and AC/DC Charging. • Exposure to HiL/SIL testing and MATLAB Simulink/Targetlink along with extensive knowledge of automotive High Voltage systems. • Participating in internal and stakeholder driven reviews with Audits and Quality Scans (ASPICE). • Ensuring on time delivery of Test Runs, Test Plans, Test Sets, Test results and overall release management to Validate Charging System and Interacting with German HV component owners to ensure full traceability and fulfilment of the System Requirements. • Working on tools like MBSE (DNG, Rhapsody, RMM, GC, EWM, RTM), STARC, JIRA, Confluence, MATLAB, CANoe, Synopsis SILVER - Virtual ECU, ZULA, DOCMASTER, vTESTstudio, GiT. • Capable to work independently in an organised and structured fashion with strong analytical skills that supports a systematic approach to problem resolution and strong communication skills to discuss issues/challenges with global development teams and external customers.
