With over 16 years of experience in research and development, I specialize in product design and development within the fast-moving Electricals goods (FMEG) sector. At Bajaj Electricals, I lead the development of home appliances, focusing on water heaters, air coolers, irons, and cooktops. Other to these i have worked for Domestic and commercial Refrigerators in my past experiences.My expertise includes new product design,development,cost and timeline management, and developing jigs, fixtures, and prototypes. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive design innovation and refine processes such as DFM, DFE, and PFMEA. By overseeing tool and mould trials, pilot and mass production, and assembly reviews, I contribute to the seamless realization of high-quality consumer products that meet market needs. My role aligns with my commitment to delivering innovative and efficient solutions in the home appliance industry.

Jigs and fixture developments.4. DFM/DFE/PFMEA and Control plan preparation and review for new product development.5.
