I am working as As Project Engineering Manager-AMI at Landis+Gyr Ltd. I am responsible for delivering the AMI Solution to the Client. The scope of AMI Solution is Project Planning, Resource planning, IT Infrastructure sizing and configuration, Command Center Deployment, RF Network deployment, Meter Installation and Mesh Formation, Integration with third party tools like MDMS. The role is to prepare Project plan, manage the engineering team to ensure the project execution on time as per the Customer Contract to meet the customer requirements. To provide input to Project Governance team (Management) reviews. Report on project technical scope performance against the baseline plan and stated benefits of the project. Prepare and maintain the Project plan to monitor the Project health with respect to baselined Scope and Budget. Maintaining the Risk Register to identify potential risks in the Project and work for mitigation plan.Key Deliverables are Project Planning, Stakeholder Management, Solution Deployment plan, Resource planning and engagement, Material planning, Solution Deployment, Contract Management, Customer Requirement Management.I worked as a AGM-R&D (LED & BLDC Motor & Driver Controller Design) at Esko Die Casting and Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Faridabad, Haryana. Earlier worked as Product Manager, AMI Solution (Communication Device & HES), I am having experience Project Management, Research and Development, Product Design and deployment for New Product Integration Solution deployment.
