Planning and scheduling the delivery process, including project management methodologies and tools, defining project scope, milestones, and timelines, create documentation to support the management. Managing the budget and resources of the delivery, including allocating tasks to team members, and ensuring that the project stays on track. Identifying and managing risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues. Communicating with stakeholders, including team members, and clients, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery. Effective people management, providing guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks. Coordinating with clients or other stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations in the product deployment. Lead and manage a team of product deployment and project managers. Provides direction to cross-functional teams, including engineering teams and business functions, communicating the product/product group roadmap and keeping everyone informed of updates. Work with relevant internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize product group-level customer issues and customer experience gaps; use findings to determine short and medium-term risks and opportunities for the product group and drive further customer adoption. Maintain a prioritized product backlog based on defined business value, aligning with Product Strategy and resource capacity.
