Key responsibilities: 1. Manage façade works operation of projects across the company2. Project lead internally/externally with respective teams3. Responsible for efficient & profitable completion of projects and tasks whilst maintaining excellent technical standards4. Provide façade design & build-ability including material knowledge installation techniques5. Ensure detailed engineering computations analysis reports 6. Responsible to review & approve submittals such as façade system design drawings, BMU design, shop drawings, QA/QC plan, samples & etc.7. Manage site meetings, design workshops & site inspections, performance test witnessing, evaluation of vendors as required/or as project planning stipulates.8. Involved in due diligence services, depreciation inspections & failure investigation.9. Sustainable design review in glass facade i.e. visible light transmission, Solar heat gain coefficient, Internal & external reflection and U value to suit the green building certification.10. Value engineering and wastage calculations in the facade elements like aluminium extrusion, performance glass, cladding materials through proper calculations.11. Coordination with all the stakeholders from start to completion of the projects across the organisation wrt facade works.
