ABOUT SANDEEP SHARMA
I started my career in 1981 as a management trainee in Engineers India Limited, Process Department and was a team member for process design teams which implemented VC/PVC project of IPCL, MGCC project, NOCIL Ethylene cracker debottlenecking and several feasibility reports. During my stay in EIL i also acquired additional qualification as Graduate member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. I left EIL in 1986 to join a green field Acrylic Fiber project in Sangrur Punjab in 1986. Was instrumental in land selection, govt clearances, project financing, Technology Selection, basic and detailed engineering, project purchase, plant erection, commissioning, debottlenecking, optimisation of energy systems by introducing Rice Husk as fuel, Carbon Credit project registration, acquisition of Carbon credits and their sale, domestic and export marketing of end product and team building. In 2011, I joined Steel Strips Wheels limited as a core management team member for streamlining Wheel Rim Business through SAP Implementation and thru\' backward integration, defining Key Result areas of entire team.
