PAYROLL MANAGEMENTManaging centralized in-house payroll operation for over employees across various cities in India. Handling end to end function of payroll, Payroll Processing, Statutory Compliances, Preparation of reports, Bank remittance, Query resolution & Reimbursements. Interface with payroll vendor to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing including providing payroll inputs, clarify their queries on inputs, audit payroll vendor output for accuracy, and manage the vendor to our agreed upon payroll calendar. Handling Full & Final Settlement process for exit employees. Preparing reports for payment of Statutory dues including TDS, PT, Provident Fund, ESIC, NPS, Etc. Validating reconciliation salary every head wise previous month to current month to get the actual variation of difference. Conducting full cycle payroll processing using an integrated Workday Portal, including the management of pay earnings and deductions, off-cycle processing, disbursement of payments, and report generation & output reconciliation with CTC structure as well as taxation. EXIT MANAGEMENTProcessing of Full & Final settlement of resigned employees. Maintaining data and process for Leave Encashment, Gratuity, Ex-gratia, Bonus, Notice Pay handling. Ensuring clearances from all department before releasing the F&F Payments.AUDITING & COMPLIANCE Conducting through Payroll inputs audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors (Internal and External Audit). Ensured compliance with payroll-related statutory requirements (TDS, PF, ESIC, LWF, PT Challan) and led full-and-final settlements efficiently.REIMBURSEMENT Managing 1500 employees reimbursement including checking & processing for the payment. Ensuring payment as per policy and eligibility. Ensuring LTA & LTA Carry forwarded payments
