My role involves:Managing and mentoring a team of attorneys in India. Drafting, reviewing and leading negotiation of all commercial contracts for project management, capital markets, market research, consulting/valuation, transactions management and facility management portfolio of CBRE.Advising on day to day legal issues related to the key clients and vendors of CBRE in India.Supporting the leadership team with legal advice/opinion related to transactions and contentious matters.Working closely with legal counsels of CBRE in APAC, EMEA and Americas in matters related to mergers and acquisitions, data privacy, FCPA and BCP. This is in addition to regular support I provide in drafting and negotiation of master services agreement with clients and vendors in APAC region.Conducting regular contract management training sessions for business teams in India.
