Chartered Accountant with 14+ years of experience in various financial roles which includes Business Finance, pricing, contract negotiations and FP & A, within and outside India.Current Role-Currently, leading the Business Finance team for Blinkit and leading the commercial and contract structuring to pace up the next gen quick commerce network (Dark Store model- 10 minutes delivery model), while creating a balance of risk and returns. Role responsibilities includes, driving profitability and cost optimization, framing various internal process checks & controls to mitigate financial risks, process automation in order to move towards an agile environment, cost target settings to attain the overall cost objectives, contract negotiations, Projects cost benefit analysis considering capital expenses payback etc, work along-with the Investor Relations team to create business plans required for fund raise and other investor related queries (part of the finance team working on SPAC, when we were approaching towards Nasdaq listing)Previously handled roles -Previous to Grofers, I was working in Germany for HCL Technologies, as an IT deal commercial lead for DACH (Europe) region and was responsible for deal pricing and commercial contract negotiations for It outsourcing deals. Previously, worked in Financial planning & Analysis team, which has added financial acumen and expertise on data and trend analytics leading to financial inference required for any commercial decision making.
