TOOLS USED: Vector Canalyser, INCA, MATLAB, SIMULINK. the PROJECT DETAILS: BMS Feature Powertrain Calibration and Validation at the Vehicle level. • It includes calibration and validation of Battery management system (BMS) at Vehicle level and its functions associated with Powertrain of the Electric vehicle.Roles & Responsibilities: • Validation and development of functions associated with powertrain which require creating test reports and feedback at the end of each phase.• Calibration delivery and preparation of calibration maturity at program milestones in accordance with the Company’s process.• Follow-up with internal (and when required external) suppliers to resolve issues within the area of expertise.• Performing test case execution on functions like Plug-in modes (AC and DC) and Drive-in modes based on DVPs provided at various temperatures and scenarios that meet the functional requirements.• Extensive use of INCA to record data while conducting test cases and post-processing the data by MDA, and some Company-specific,post-processing tools.• Calibration and validation of different BMS functions like SOC, SOP, SOHC, SOHR etc. • Extensive use of Simulink models to understand the SW logic to find calibration issues.• Also, involved in updating different modules of Powertrain like flashing new software.• Also, involved in Root-causing issues with TRIAGE team which included collecting CAN data when issues arise and debugging the issue to the root cause.
