Responsible for handling Balance of Plant (BOP) sourcing for wind energy & Hybrid (Wind+Solar+Storage) project which includes construction and service civil works, Electrical works, Crane for Installation and Transportation of WTG components. • Procurement of Inverter (Power Converter Station) for Hybrid Projects across the globe • Manage RfQ process, establish supplier selection criteria based on a TCO perspective, evaluate alternative suppliers and drive final supplier selection in partnership with internal stake holders. • Generate quote comparison, invent negotiation strategies, and implement efficient sourcing & category management strategies. • Participate and lead development of supplier agreements (e.g. NDA, purchasing agreements, price agreements) • Write complex documents such as Letters of Authorization (LOA), Letters of Intent, Project Specific Contract etc. • Establish procurement strategy according to site specific conditions • Execute risk assessment of suppliers / contractors using standard risk tools. • Keep track of cost out initiatives and generate management report. • Deploy the procurement strategy of the Company and assure its implementation. • Adhere to sourcing processes in accordance with global processes and standards. • Follow up with suppliers and internal stake holders.
