Role: Coordination between Projects Manager/PMO and Supply chain department with regards project scope that needed for individual projectThe first major process, plan procurements involves the creation of the project procurement management plan for items that are decided between the project teamIdentifying potential companies that can supply the products and services required for individual projectsWork closely with Design, Engineering and Planning departments to ensure availability of BOQ, Product Specifications and Project PlanProvide accurate information to all relevant PCT departments, relating to the status of materials required for each project. This includes PCT local purchases, stock requirements and any overseas deliveriesEnsure that the contracted work was completed and to gather feedback about the vendor relationshipLeading the internal and external stakeholder’s initiative with respect to contract administration and procurement activities pertaining to day to day.Perform commercial analysis and prepare bid evaluation of all submitted proposals from the RFQ packagesDeveloping appropriate contracting strategies, develop awareness associated with contracting riskSupporting Supply chain manager/team in conducting contractor and supplier selection and establishing contract for various projects.Monitoring supplier progress and provide necessary updates like completion date or production schedule to the project manage.
