Business development goals are being achieved through adequate staffing of physicians.Identify barriers that are not allowing the above to be accomplished.Work collectively on solutions that promote the aforementioned objectives.Determine if other potential leaders are identified in their respective states.Ensure that our VBC initiatives/strategies are being enacted/accomplished.Work with Associate CMO of Behavioral Health to ensure regulatory and clinical updates are disseminated to State CMOs.Work with Associate CMO of Behavioral Health and Chief Medical Officer on advancing our clinical offerings.Additional service lines that enhance the healthcare value we create.Scaling our current integrated care model across all states of interest.Speak at local, state, and national conferences/meetings.Engage in state/national political advocacy for our industry.With the Associate Chief Medical Officer of Behavioral Health, work with business development leadership on growth strategy/direction.With the Associate Chief Medical Officer of Behavioral Health, work with Chief Value Officer on achieving our VBC initiatives.
