   I lead the Legal & CS function at Kashiv BioSciences India with a strategic mandate to accelerate business growth, enable global expansion, and provide proactive legal support across business development, R&D initiatives, manufacturing plant setup, and technology procurement. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership and cross-functional teams, I deliver high-impact legal counsel and collaborate with international stakeholders to advance organizational objectives and operational excellence.My expertise includes designing and executing legal and compliance risk mitigation strategies tailored to India operations. Partnering closely with the Global General Counsel and senior management, I provide guidance on regional legal and governance matters, ensuring seamless alignment with statutory obligations and global best practices.Notably, I collaborated with the Global CFO to secure INR 648 Crore financing from Union Bank of India to expand manufacturing facilities in Gujarat, and co-led negotiations with the BD team to close multimillion-dollar business development deals. I have spearheaded the design and implementation of governance and compliance initiatives including the Code of Conduct, DPDP, and Labor Code, fostering a culture of compliance and accountability.
