Currently serving as COO – Pan India at Godrej Properties Ltd. Previously held senior leadership roles as CPO at Adani Airports Holding Ltd. and EVP at Tata Projects Ltd, following a strong career foundation at L&T Construction (erstwhile ECC).At Adani Airports, I oversaw 70 million sq. ft. of active construction and 50 million sq. ft. of planned development across seven airports. I also led the landmark 220-acre Dharavi Redevelopment Project, one of India’s most transformative urban renewal initiatives.During my tenure at Tata Projects, I scaled a niche vertical into a ₹3,750 crore business, steering marquee developments including the Noida International Airport, the New Indian Parliament Building, and 50+ million sq. ft. of residential and institutional assets. Earlier, with the Lodha Group, I successfully delivered 72 buildings in Palava City, completing 10 million sq. ft. up to the RCC stage.A strong proponent of technology-led execution, I have championed BIM-driven, paperless construction ecosystems, integrated PMO systems, and pioneered 4D BIM applications, notably for the Parliament project. I have accelerated delivery through advanced construction methodologies such as MIVAN, precast systems, and tunnel formwork, while embedding sustainability at scale through green materials and energy-efficient practices.An alumnus of BITS Pilani, I am known for process-driven leadership, sharp operational acumen, and an unwavering commitment to safety, integrity, collaboration, and execution excellence.
