I started in stand-up comedy and it taught me how to read a room, cut what isn\'t working, and make something land with an audience that didn\'t ask to hear from you. Turns out that\'s most of marketing. Over the last six years, I\'ve built brand and content functions from scratch, run GTM for product launches, and worked at the intersection of growth strategy and storytelling across B2B SaaS, edtech, fintech, and consumer tech. I have a psychology degree, which mostly helps me understand why campaigns fail and why people say \"looks good\" in feedback calls when they mean neither. At Meritto, I\'ve worked across the Founder\'s Office, handling everything from brand to growth to whatever needed doing before someone senior noticed it wasn\'t getting done. I write well. I think in systems. I\'m allergic to decks that exist to prove a deck was made. If you\'re building something that needs to mean something to its audience, that\'s the conversation I want to have.

   This is the part where you’re expected to say “I drive strategic initiatives and align cross-functional teams to accelerate growth.” But if I’m being honest, some days it’s that, and some days it’s stealing RO water for home from the office pantry.But in the spirit of full disclosure, here’s what this role has looked like so far: I work to figure out where we’re going and how to get there faster, without breaking what’s working. It means finding signal in messy markets, planning go-to-market motions that don’t feel like the 17th deck you’ve seen this quarter, and making sure we don’t lose sight of the people behind all that growth internally or externally.But mostly, it’s about solving for scale without sounding like a SaaS cliché.
