Current responsibility- • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and visitors to the company premises • PL responsibility - review both revenue and costs monthly for accuracy and profit improvement opportunities • Responsible for the overall planning organizing leading and controlling functions of the facility; manage the operations of the Engineering and Manufacturing facilities • Build relationships with external partners to manage customer satisfaction • Drive the customer segment analysis, trends in technology, competitive benchmarking to define and establish the strategy (for PC and SPP) roadmap (Technology, Quality, etc.) • Work with the Sales and Engineering teams to engage with the customers for business development • Evaluate business models and recommend the go-to-market strategy • Identify the capabilities that are required for achieving success and subsequently build and lead the teams that delivers on these capabilities • Hire skilled talents andrain and develop the employees to meet the company guidelines • Set and align priorities, and develop strategies that support a market-focused vision; track and meet the company metrics • Prepare and present business cases to the company executive teams, including the C-suite • Interact regularly with leaders in other parts of the company, share best practice and drive alignment across various capabilities within the organization • Advance the innovation and entrepreneurial culture within the organization • Audit facility to confirm compliance with internal procedures as well as accordance with local and state regulations.
