I also manage the budget, inventory, and maintenance of the recreation department, and supervise and train the recreation team.I have over 20 years of experience in the recreation and hospitality industry, starting as a club house attendant at Sterling Resort in 2003. Since then, I have worked with different management and organizations, such as Heritage Village, Country Inn, Club Mahindra, and now JW Marriott. I have learned and developed various skills, such as recreation planning, event management, customer service, team leadership, and problem-solving. I love my job, because it allows me to use my creativity, hard work, and passion to create a happy and memorable environment for the guests.
