That experience taught me a fundamental lesson: learning must evolve faster than the world changes — or it becomes obsolete.Stepping into the corporate learning landscape, I found my calling at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and human connection.    As Director of Learning & Development at IKS Health, I lead strategic and operational initiatives to drive impactful learning experiences aligned with business goals. Partnering closely with the Head of L&D, Learning Business Partners, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Functional Training teams, I ensure seamless collaboration to define learning scope, clarify objectives, and deliver outcomes-focused programs. I champion innovative instructional design, leveraging adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and the latest in digital learning technologies to create immersive, learner-centric content.My responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end design and delivery of interactive online modules, maintaining high-quality learning assets, and driving content governance through IKS Learning Design Standards and SOPs. I actively manage technical solutions and LMS/LXP integrations in collaboration with HR Systems, while embedding robust assessment strategies to measure learning effectiveness.A passionate advocate of continuous improvement, I proactively identify trends and innovations in L&D, ensuring our programs remain cutting-edge and business-relevant.
