Underwriting of affordable HL & LAP: Procedure follows. To ensure that Loan Application form, Clients KYC, and other documents required for loan product is complete and as per the credit policy before sanctioning and within the TAT. To do Credit Appraisal as per delegation limits by adhering to set policies and process. To do PD of the customers at Business Premises. To do Credit Approval of deals as per authorized limits: recommended and forwarded to RCM & ZCM.Team handling. To check the valuation & legal reports. Due- diligence: To verify documents (KYC, Financial Documents & Banking) of sanctioned/Under process loan proposals for the HL, LAP. For deviation cases: We follow the deviation matrix and raise the deviation with mitigates. To maintain Branch Daily MIS report. Using the Software of Finn One-CAS and Outlook.For deviation cases: We follow the deviation matrix and raise the deviation with mitigates.
