Coordinating with all asset vendors and facility management contractors, providing guidance and training when needed, and addressing and escalating issues flagged by them to the headquarters.Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry advancements and emerging technologies in EV charging infrastructure maintenance, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and safety protocols in all maintenance activities, Budget Oversight: Work closely with the Unit Lead Maintenance to manage the maintenance budget, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, EPC and customer service. Reporting and Documentation: Ensure use of the digital platform by all stake holders for Scheduled and non-scheduled activities and generate regular reports on maintenance activities, performance metrics, and incident resolution, maintaining comprehensive documentation to support data-driven decision-making and audits.
