I have 24+ years\' industry experience across Technology, Pharma, FMCG & Services including 19+ years of progressive & comprehensive international experience in Global HR, HR Digitisation, managing teams across different countries and excelling in HR Advisory/People Partnering for business leaders, executing cyclical HR Programs (moments that matter), Employee Life Cycle Management, M&A, Reduction in Force, HR Vendor Management for WFA, Payroll and Benefits, designing simple HR solutions for local & global audience.Heading Asia Pacific (APAC) HR for Iron Mountain and managing virtual teams across 13 countries comprising of in-country HR Generalist and Employee Relations, People Advisors assigned to dedicated business units/functions, and managing outsourced HR and Payroll providers. Managing a team of 28 in-country HR Generalists including Employee Relations, HR Operations & 4 Functional People Partners. Team is spread across Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, India, South Korea, China including HK & TW Along with Global HRBP & COE, driving cyclical HR activities (moments that matter) which includes, Goal Setting, Mid-Year & Ann Perf. Reviews, Talent Calibration/Talent Reviews with 9-Box, Annual ESAT Survey, WF Planning, budget, Ann Merit & Bonus Cycle including Long Term Incentives/ Stock Program for eligible population.Providing proactive HR partnering for L4 & L5 leaders who are predominantly Director to VP group including identifying potential flight risk, supporting business with Performance Management,HR Consultative support for leaders, supporting the leaders with complex & confidential team matters, M&A Support and helping leaders achieve better margin assurance.Driving HR Digital transformation, rollout of Workday & Service Now across APAC, from simple HR reporting to advanced People Analytics & advocating the importance of MSS & ESS.
