ABOUT SANDEEP KAPOOR

Growing up I was always fascinated with technology. From my first calculator and Walkman, helping my dad set up our family home entertainment system to surfing the internet or getting my first cell phone. Technology has always been at my core. Being raised in an Indian household, it was without question that I be a doctor. At the time I couldn’t see the technology aspect and fell quickly out of sync with the profession. I ended up graduating with a sociology degree which provided me with a deeper understanding of human interactions and society. I leveraged that into a career in technology sales. I quickly realized that I had a knack for connecting with people by digging into customer problems with the help of modern technology. To accomplish this, I focused on adapting to new learnings, building high performing teams and delivering satisfying outcomes. I have learned from my personal and professional experiences the following about myself- I excel at the execution of big ideas with given constraints - My instincts are solid, but rely on data and facts for my decisions - I speak tech and exec - Born winner, but thrive when my team is successful - Natural motivator and consummate leader (buck stops with me)- Constantly learning as I can’t settle (success is an endless journey)- Calm in the eye of the storm My passion is interacting with people and making new relationships. Whether it be a conversation around IT, sports, family or my favorite cooking, I will be your Huckleberry.
