Responsible for smooth finance procedures• Develops, implements, and maintains systems, procedures, and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.• Ensure monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements.• Acts as a liaison between the company, government, and external accountants to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.• Ensure invoices are verified and accounted within 48hours of receipt from concern department.• Ensure all statutory compliances i.e, Direct / Indirect taxes, labor related and if any.• Ensure training of team members as per company guidelines.• Ensure vendors are paid as per credit terms and MSME vendors are paid as per compliance.• Ensure better coordination with Statutory and Internal Auditors.• Ensure to meet deadline of MIS, GL Schedule, payroll. • Ensure periodical review of advance to vendor, credit ageing, Statutory schedule and if any.• Accounting allocation and ledger scrutiny.
