Itzcash is a leading provider of special purpose, customized prepaid solutions.Designation: Assistant Manager –Online Travel Operations (Retail Prepaid ) Job Profile: • Manage all aspects of routine support functions through direct supervision & Coordinate with external suppliers, Operation, & Internal sales to ensure that product is meeting the expected results and deliverables. • Responsible for reviewing and improving customer related processes and achieve improved customer experience.• Drive sales by launching new offers in the markets and analyze sale & revenue generated through the same.• Liaise between the senior management and clients by planning, organizing, directing, and implementing control measures for smooth process experience.• Work with developers, testers, and operations during implementation in order to get features released to live Site and drive problem resolution once the new feature has gone live.• Introduce new methods / procedures / technology for improving operational efficiency. • Establishing smooth relationship with clients and vendors, ensuring supply of domain at all time.
